REFUND/EXCHANGE POLICIES

 

CRITERIA TO RETURN AN ITEM:

  • Return must be logged within 7 days of item being delivered
  • The item is in a re-sellable condition
  • The item being returned qualifies for return
  • The item is in its original packaging, with labels attached

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS:

  • Opened cosmetics and fragrances
  • Adult Shop items
  • Consumable or perishable products, including foods that deteriorate or expire.
  • Products included in health and hygiene i.e. pierced jewelry, underwear, unsealed food or drink, fragrances and deodorants.
  • Any video, audio or computer software that has been unsealed or opened.

COLLECTION AND DELIVERY COSTS

If your product is being returned for a refund due to the selection of an incorrect size please note you will be liable for the collection of the product. This cost will be deducted from your refund amount.

If your product is being returned due to the fault of the seller or faulty product, courier costs will be charged to the seller.

REFUND AMOUNT

The price of the product including delivery fee.
